Our individual salon suites are equipped with everything needed to serve your clients in a modern atmosphere, along with the private, enclosed studio space that these current times demand. We’re the only salon suites facility downtown, with free, on-site parking, and competitive rental rates (with all utilities included).
THE SPACE
SALON LAYOUT
Each studio suite will be outfitted with a styling station (with mirror), shampoo bowl, styling chair and cabinet. The layout of each suite is shown to your right, although please note that each professional can customize his or her suite with personal décor, lighting, seating, and additional cabinets or racking.

Each studio suite starts at 100 – 150 square feet. All customers enter from the Main Street entry door and follow the interior corridor to each individual suite on either side of the corridor. Laundry and break room facilities, as well as restrooms, are located in the rear of the space.
